·               Sitting at work.

·               Using your computer.

·               In your vehicle, car or van.

·               Golf / Skiing stance, Cycling position.

Workstation photographs must show you:

·               Sitting at your desk, chair and screen.

·               Feet and leg position.

·               Arms and shoulders - including wrists.

Photo 1 - must be a side view.

Photo 2 - two-thirds over the shoulder view.

·               Do NOT pose for these photographs.

·               Adopt your everyday Working / Sitting position /Sports stance.
